Abstract There are so many significant developments made in drug delivery system (DDS) which Polymer DDS has reached great developments. The main motive of this paper is to focus on developing by Polyelectrolytes. Polymers have achieved much importance DDS. Polyelectrolytes shows an exceptional category polymer compounds containing opposite charged polyions mainly cationic or anionic charges; they hydrophilic nature because presence charge, can be used various applications (PE) exhibits types reactive groups that permits easy, adaptable modification with functional agents such as targeting molecules. Further, the oppositely exist polyelectrolytes been transport macromolecules DNA and nanoparticles. Significance smart polyelectrolyte growing day from last several year.
